Fly to sky 
 

#9  빛은 사진에 있어서 절대적인 요소임은 분명하다.
그 빛을 만들어 내거나 과감히 버려버림으로써 작가는 비로소 자신의 그림을 그릴 수 있는 것이다.
플라톤의 동굴우화에서 처럼 자신이 서 있는 곳에서 눈에 보이는 것이 전부가 아니라는 것을 알아야 한다.
즉, 그 빛을 자신이 원하는 빛으로 잘 다듬어야 한다. 

Light is to be sure an absolute element in photography.

But only by boldly constructing or abandoning light in his own fashion can the photographer make his own creations.

As implied in Plato’s cave allegory, it should be kept in mind that what is visible to the eye is merely a part of the whole.

After all, the photographer should always refine and polish the light he sees to achieve what he wants.
